Subprocessors

EMOR AI, LLC engages the third-party service providers listed below (“Subprocessors”) to help operate EMOR Social. Each Subprocessor is bound by a data-processing agreement with terms substantially equivalent to the protections in our own Privacy Policy. We do not sell tenant data, audience data, or end-customer personal information, and our Subprocessors are contractually prohibited from doing so.
Separately from the Subprocessors below, when you connect a social account, the social network itself(for example Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Threads, or Reddit) receives the content you publish to it and processes it under that network’s own terms and privacy policy.

Notice of Changes
We may add, remove, or replace Subprocessors as our infrastructure evolves. For material changes — for example, adding a new Subprocessor that processes your content or connected-account data — we will update this page and, where required by your contract or applicable law, provide at least 30 days’ advance notice. To receive change notifications by email, contact legal@emorai.com.
Third-Party Policies May Change
The “Purpose,” “Data accessed,” and “Region” entries above summarize each Subprocessor’s practices as of the “Last updated” date shown above. Subprocessors may revise their own privacy policies and data-processing agreements independently of EMOR; the current published documents at the linked URLs are the authoritative source for how each handles data.
International Data Transfers
EMOR AI, LLC is based in the United States, and most of our Subprocessors are based in or transfer data to the United States. Where personal data of individuals in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland is transferred outside those jurisdictions, we and our Subprocessors rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
